Service

Mediasi d.o.o. has had its own service department for all the medical devices we market since its establishment. We are proud to have the shortest response times on the Slovenian market.

Our qualified, manufacturer-trained and certified technicians perform installations, validations according to IQ/OQ standards and regular preventative as well as emergency curative inspections of medical equipment. We carry out electrical safety tests and measurements with regularly calibrated measuring equipment. We also ensure that the relevant service documentation is available to our customers for a long period of time.

Most malfunctions are repaired on site due to our own stock of original spare parts. We often provide replacement machines or accessories to cover the repair period.
